Throughout the years, NEWFAB has established an outstanding Quality Assurance Network, which ensures high quality end products. Our buildings are manufactured in conjunction with the strict Saudi Arabian and international standards. Due to the high quality of fabrication, the units can withstand transportation over several hundred kilometers without any damages. As an added advantage, all the buildings are manufactured within the main factory building, protecting them from the natural elements; hence keeping the material in excellent condition until the units are made weatherproof.
A Quality Assurance Manual and Production Inspection Procedures have
been prepared to insure compliance with approved construction designs
and applicable codes.
The quality assurance manual that NEWFAB implements is equivalent to ISO
9001 quality standard, all based on our policy to deliver products and
services that satisfy the present and future requirements of our customers.
Our belief is that our success can only be measured by the continuing
satisfaction of our clients. Factory built buildings and/or sub-assemblies
can be fully compliant with all applicable provisions of the Uniform Building
Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Mechanical Code and National Electric
Code.
The NEWFAB fabricating facility will assure that construction is in accordance
with approved design drawings and applicable code provisions by continuous
monitoring of the manufacturing processes, materials control and systems
test requirements.
