In 1981, with the proven success in the field of manufacturing portable prefabricated houses, Newfab established its manufacturing facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to cater for the requirements of the saudi market. Newfab manufacturing facility is located at Wadi Dirab in the outskirts of Riyadh, covering a total land of 300,000 m2.

The prefabricated building units are manufactured in two covered production facilities, covering an area of 8000 m2 each and the plant features the latest technologyin assembly line production. This has resulted in Newfab combined daily production capacity of approximately 1200m2/day. In June 2006, a third covered production facility was introduced into operation, thus resulting in a total daily production of over 1800m2/day. With this accomplishment, Newfab has become the largest manufacturer of prefabricated units in the middle east.
